Freight Charges

The freight charges are $NZ15 and freight charges vary for South Island.

Shipping Partners

Products are shipped through well-known Carriers of New Zealand-Courier Post. 

Delivery Time Estimation

Our delivery partners provide speedy shipping across New Zealand on both islands. Delivery depends on the location and may take longer if customers are located in rural/remote areas.

Address Requirement for Delivery

Customers are requested to provide the correct Post Code at the time of filling in shipping details online. We do not ship to Post Box numbers and a Physical/Street address is mandatory.

Re-Shipping of the orders

Please also note that we do not leave packages at the local post office. If you are not available at the provided address at the time of delivery, the parcel shall be taken back to the Courier Depot and re-shipped the following day.
